Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card and never expires. Upgrade from inside Akteora whenever you need more.
What counts as a testimonial?
Each video, voice note or written testimonial a customer sends through one of your links counts once, in the month it arrives. The count starts again on the first of every month.
What is a brand?
A brand is one business or client you collect testimonials for, with its own logo, colours, links, inbox and public testimonial page. Agencies usually make one per client.
What are render minutes?
Render minutes measure the processing time it takes to build your reels. A one-minute reel in all three shapes usually uses between one and a half and three. Akteora shows an estimate before every render, and the allowance starts again every month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Your testimonials stay yours, and you can export them on any plan.
