WHY AKTEORA
Health records are scattered.
People aren’t.
Your medical history lives in pieces: a folder at one clinic, a printout in a drawer, a lab report in a WhatsApp chat, a prescription photographed before it faded. When you change doctors — or cities — the story starts over from memory.
Akteora puts the patient back at the center. One record that belongs to you, written by you and the doctors you choose, complete and in order. Doctors get the full picture in seconds; you keep the keys the whole time.
We started in Pakistan, where paper still rules most clinics — which is exactly why a shareable code and a phone browser are enough to begin.
Three words we build by
Calm
Medical software shouldn’t shout. Generous space, muted surfaces, and color only where it carries meaning — because the interface holding your health history should feel as steady as the hands you trust it to.
Precise
A diagnosis from 2019 keeps its 2019 date. Every entry names its author. Every edit leaves a mark. Every access is logged. Precision isn’t decoration here — it’s the product.
Human
Plain language over clinical jargon. Voice notes when typing is too much. A record that follows the person, not the institution — because care is continuous even when providers change.
What we promise about your data
- You own the record. Doctors contribute to it; they never own it. Revoking a doctor takes one click and works immediately.
- Nothing disappears. Clinical history is never hard-deleted. Edits are marked, deletions are soft, and the audit trail is permanent.
- Every access is logged. Who looked, who wrote, when — recorded in an append-only log from the first day, not bolted on later.
- Doctors are verified. PMC/PMDC licenses are checked by our team before any doctor can touch patient data.
