Testimonials must be real

Only collect testimonials from real customers about their real experience. Do not publish a testimonial that was paid for without saying so, written for someone, or generated by AI. Akteora keeps every original, stores each consent as it was given, and never lets AI write a customer’s words, so that what you publish can be trusted.

Consent and removal

Publish a testimonial only with the consent its customer gave. When a customer asks for their testimonial to be removed, it is erased.
